Larger projects may require multiple sessions. Reference images are used for inspiration, not direct duplication.

Pick your favorites and make a little collection of your own. Designs are tattooed exactly as printed — no resizing or modifications.

BOOKING 3 OR MORE?
Arrive one hour before your tattoo appointment to browse designs and finalize placements.
Appointments for 3+ tattoos begin at 1 PM or later, with design selection starting no earlier than 12 PM.
Example: arrive at 12 PM for a 1 PM tattoo appointment. Late arrival may limit how many tattoos can be completed.
THE COLOR CODE
Some larger or more detailed designs have an additional charge, marked by a colored dot on the stencil.
COLLECTION RULES & PLACEMENTS
Black ink only. Standard placements are arms and legs. Other approved placements may incur an additional $5–$10 charge.
Collection bundles include only designs physically available in the studio box. Designs cannot be resized, modified, customized, shared, or transferred.
Pre-made bundles, when offered, are sold as-is without substitutions. Specific design availability is not guaranteed.
Custom artwork can be added separately at an individually quoted price but does not count toward a bundle.
All placements require artist approval. Restricted placements are not offered.

HOW THE PARTY WORKS
Guests can browse the Ink Collection throughout the reserved party while others are being tattooed.
Each person must finalize their designs and placements before their tattoo turn. One guest is tattooed at a time.
Your group has a confirmed start and end time. Additional tattoos or upgrades may be available at extra cost if time permits.

THE DAY IS YOURS ALONE
This session is reserved for one client and cannot be shared.
All artwork must be discussed and approved in advance. The number of tattoos completed depends on size, detail, and available time.
Preparation and breaks count toward the reserved session. Appointments end at 5:30 PM and do not extend into the evening. Additional sessions may be needed.
BEFORE YOU RESERVE YOUR TIME

A little preparation goes a long way. These policies help protect your appointment, my time, and the opportunity for other clients to book.
$85–$100 RETAINER
Nonrefundable and required to reserve your appointment. Applied toward your tattoo total.
72 HOURS' NOTICE
Required for client-requested cancellations or rescheduling.
ONE COMPLIMENTARY RESCHEDULE
A second reschedule forfeits the original retainer and requires a new one.
RETAINERS & RESCHEDULING
All appointments require a nonrefundable retainer of $85–$100, depending on the service booked. The retainer is credited toward your appointment total, not charged in addition to it.
Retainers can be paid via invoice or Venmo. Your appointment is not officially reserved until payment is received.
Each appointment includes one complimentary client-requested reschedule when at least 72 hours' notice is provided.
If a second reschedule is needed, the original retainer is forfeited. A new retainer must be paid before another date is reserved.
Studio-initiated schedule changes do not count against your complimentary reschedule.
CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS
A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Retainers are nonrefundable, including when an appointment is canceled.
I understand that life happens. However, every reserved appointment is time set aside specifically for you. Last-minute changes affect my income and prevent another client from booking that time.
Requests made with less than 72 hours' notice do not qualify for the complimentary reschedule and result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your appointment or prevent all planned tattoos from being completed.
PAYMENT METHODS & PROCESSING FEES
Your remaining balance, after your retainer is applied, is due at your appointment.
CASH — PREFERRED: Change is not kept on-site. Please bring the exact amount or plan to split your payment between cash and Venmo.
VENMO: Accepted for retainers and appointment balances.
CREDIT CARD: A 4% processing fee applies, where permitted by applicable payment rules.
DEBIT CARD: A $2.50 processing fee applies, where permitted by applicable payment rules.
Any applicable processing fees will be disclosed before payment.
AGE, IDENTIFICATION & GUESTS
All clients must be at least 18 years old and bring valid government-issued photo identification.
Wander + Lost Ink is a private, appointment-only studio. Additional guests are not permitted unless they are also scheduled for a tattoo.
Private Ink Parties follow their confirmed group arrangements.
DESIGNS, PLACEMENT & HEALING
All designs and placements require artist approval. Certain placements may be declined due to suitability or healing concerns.
Custom artwork may be requested in black ink or color. Ink Collection designs are black ink only and cannot be altered or resized.
Healing varies from person to person. Proper aftercare is essential, and healed results cannot be guaranteed.
Touch-ups are assessed individually and start at $85 plus tax when appropriate.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable studio policies.
